
Community Impact Report 2006/2007
Welcome to Family Service Association of Toronto’s second Community Impact Report, our annual look at the impact the agency’s programs and services have on our clients, staff, partners and the communities we work with.
This year’s report is called “Sharing Our Stories.” In it, we look at successes and challenges experienced by such programs as our Elder Abuse Consultation Team, Building Bridges community building project and some of our counselling services. With the Community Impact Report, we strive to shares the impact we have had over the past year with openness and transparency. To do that, this year we turned to a number of our clients, who share their experiences with us in their own words.
The report is a collaborative effort between staff, volunteers and community members. We are thankful to them, the Community Impact Committee, for guiding this project from concept to publication. They are:

This year has been an eventful one for FSA with transitions in leadership, award-winning recognition for the agency and its staff and the launch of bold fundraising initiatives. We are proud of the impact we have had and we will continue to strive to be a leader in community service, research and advocacy.
