Options Community Resource Facilitators collaborate
with individuals labelled intellectually disabled living on their own
or with families to enhance their skills and capacities, find opportunities,
and break down barriers to full participation in education, recreation,
paid work and social interaction in the mainstream community.
At Options we believe that we all share the basic human needs for food, shelter, purpose, love and belonging.
Some of us need door openers, advocates, skill developers, problem solvers and networkers to make sure we can fulfill these needs. This is what we do at Options!
